Absolutely brilliant service

Hello

I wanted to write to you to tell you how absolutely brilliant Dass was yesterday - having picked me up at 4pm from Heathrow yesterday and getting me home at 4.30am this morning.

He kept his sense of humour throughout, keeping calm and always smiling when many people would not. Even as the night wore on and he was clearly very tired he didn't complain once and his driving was excellent. At times, the situation was quite scary with cars and lorries skidding all over the A23 as the road just turned into one big ice skating rink but we didn't skid once; and having had a very serious car accident 30 years ago, I am quite an anxious passenger but I felt completely safe.

I have always been impressed by the professionalism of your drivers but now even more so. I do hope he got home ok as I was worried that he then had to drive all the way back and goodness knows how long that took. I am ever so grateful to him.

Commended Service

Dear British Airport Transfers,

I would like you to know that our assigned driver was wonderful. We
had a 4:30am pick up and the streets all around our hotel were closed
temporarily for an Olympic marathon event. We also did not have a
working cell phone. Thankfully we had received the drivers cell phone
number and we were able to reach him from our hotel reception desk
phone. We arranged to meet several blocks away near Victoria.
When we arrived there by foot the driver was also on foot looking for
us and he called out our name when he saw us. It was a huge relief,
knowing that he had waited for us and worked hard to find us. I do
not recall his name, but please commend him for his fine service.
